Hey lovely people, how are you doing? I mean, actually, how are you...
The last few weeks I've noticed a lot of yoga students and people around me seem more exhausted, depleted, and overwhelmed by the constant pressure of life, and things to do. If this is you, you're not alone ❤️! Something I now do is staple on 10 minutes at the end of a busy day, to look after my wellbeing and help regulate my nervous system.
Maybe this is something you could try, too. I find when life is busy, stapling on a few extra minutes to an existing routine like when you wake up, or before bed, is manageable and so needed. It could be some yoga movement, dancing around, singing, a cold shower, taking a few breaths into your belly, whatever works for you 🌟👌❤️. Let me know how you get on 😊
