My Tuesday night yoga class found me 🤎

I was randomly asked to take it on before I’d even decided to step back from my fitness company.
I said yes without really knowing why I felt pulled toward this particular class.

What I didn’t realise at the time was… this class, this group of women, would become everything I’d been calling into my life.

Each week, I’m surrounded by open hearts, real conversations, and such a calm, welcoming energy in the room.

I like to add little surprises here and there and last week, I brought crystals.
Everyone picked the one they felt drawn to, and I shared the meaning behind each one.

“If you lose it, or feel guided to give it away that just means it’s done it’s purpose.”

The first crystal I was ever given back at the start of my own journey was Green Aventurine and recently, I passed it on to one of my clients as she starts hers.

Tuesdays truly have my heart. The women who show up. The energy in the room. The connection we’ve built.
It’s more than just a class.

It’s a space I didn’t know I needed.
And I’m so grateful for it ✨

Hey everyone! I’ve got some yoga classes coming up and would love to see you there 🧘🏻‍♀️

Friday Morning – 9:30 AM at Kult Fitness, Buckhaven

A Yoga Flow class with deep stretches, meditation, and cards to help you move, unwind, and reset.
✨ First class is free! After that, it’s pay-as-you-go or included in Kult Fitness’ monthly membership.

Slow Mind & Body Yoga – Starting 22nd April at Kennoway PS, 6:15 PM

A gentle, slow-paced class with no intense stretches—just deep, mindful movement. Perfect for beginners or anyone looking to slow down, reconnect with their body, and find calm.

💕 EXCITING NEWS 🧘‍♀️

I’m beyond excited to share that I’ll be teaching weekly in-person yoga classes at ._ , a women-only gym in Buckhaven! Classes will start on Friday, 21st February at 8:45am.

Yoga has been a huge part of my life for over 4 years. I first found it during a time when I was lost, overwhelmed, and constantly burning out. Stepping onto my mat became the one place where my mind finally quieted, and I found peace, love, and gratitude. It was truly life-changing. The transformation I felt in myself made me want to share that experience with others, so I took a leap and booked my yoga teacher training in Greece in 2022—and it was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made 🙏🏻

Since qualifying, I’ve been teaching online and running events, but I’ve been craving more face-to-face connection. My classes combine elements of vinyasa and ashtanga, infused with my own unique style — flows designed to help you build strength, move mindfully, relax deeply, and feel empowered.

This is a safe space for everyone, no matter where you are on your yoga journey.

Tuscan Chicken Mac and Cheese 😋

A creamy, one dinner ready in under 30 minutes! No fuss, no extra dishes, and made with simple ingredients. Once you try this, regular mac and cheese just won’t cut it anymore!

Ingredients - (serves 1 - 2)
• 1 serving of chicken breast (chopped)
• Pinch of salt and pepper (to season)
• 1 tsp paprika (sweet or smoky)
• 1 tsp dried parsley
• 2 tsp olive oil
• ½ onion (finely chopped)
• 1-2 garlic cloves (finely diced)
• 10ml apple cider vinegar + 4g water
• 5 cherry tomatoes (finely chopped)
• 5g flour (level tablespoon)
• 125ml milk
• 1 tbsp crème fresh
• 1 tsp dried Italian herbs
• 1 serving of Macaroni pasta
• 30g mature cheddar cheese

Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta: Boil macaroni according to packet instructions.
2. Season the chicken: Mix the chopped chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, dried parsley, and 1 tsp of oil. Heat the remaining oil in a large pan on medium-high heat, cook the chicken until golden and fully cooked. Remove and wrap in foil.
3. Build the base: In the same pan, fry the onion and garlic until soft (about 2 minutes). Add apple cider vinegar and water, letting it reduce for 5 minutes.
4. Add flavour: Toss in the chopped cherry tomatoes and cook for 1-2 minutes. Stir in flour and cook for another minute.
5. Make the sauce: Gradually pour in the milk, then add crème fresh, Italian herbs, salt, and pepper. Bring to a gentle simmer, stirring occasionally.
6. Combine: Add the cooked macaroni to the pan and stir as it simmers for 9-10 minutes until the sauce thickens.
7. Cheese it up: Remove from heat and quickly stir in all the cheese. If the sauce feels too thick, add milk in small increments until it reaches your desired consistency.
8. Serve: Reheat the chicken if needed and plate the mac and cheese, topping it with the chicken and a sprinkle of parsley.

Here are our focus points along with the schedule:

1. Step Challenge – Aim for 8,000 steps a day. If you’re already doing more, add an extra 2,000 to your usual daily total.

2. Workout Consistency – Set a realistic workout goal for the week and stick to it. Make it achievable and in line with everything else you have going on. Schedule it, and keep it visible—maybe stick it on your fridge as a reminder!

3. Get Organised – Plan your week ahead, not just for exercise and meals but overall. The more organised you are, the easier it’ll be to fit workouts and meal prep into your routine. Remember, protein is key for muscle recovery, energy, and keeping you fuller for longer.

4. Step Outside Your Comfort Zone – Try something new this week, even if it’s not fitness-related. It could be visiting a new place, trying a new food, or tackling a task you’ve been putting off. Share what you try in the group to inspire others and celebrate your progress!

I believe that at MeganM this is not enough! I am striving to keep the personal approach to all my customers and create a community & supportive atmosphere along with ensuring my customers have the best MeganM experience. I am always striving for better & bring the latest and unique fitness classes you will leave feeling on top of the world!

My mission is YOU! I are passionate about what I do and I want to spread this with so many others. I want to build a community with support, to inspire and to help you with your health and fitness goals and transformation. I believe that small steps lead to big changes and big ideas!
