Pilates classes are starting again after the summer for a 6 week course starting from the 5th September.
Pilates combines the type of strength training needed for bone health with building resistance through mindful control of movement, it helps with strength, stability and mobility (flexibility) in a well-rounded way. Pilates classes are fun, sociable and ‘work the mind’ as much as the body!
We’re back on Tuesdays at 11.00am and we will have a NEW class starting at 9:45am in Roborough Village Hall.
Wednesdays at 9:30am in Chulmleigh Pavilion.
Thursdays at 9:15am & 10:30am in East Worlington Parish Hall.
