Pilates classes are starting again after the summer for a 6 week course starting from the 5th September.

Pilates combines the type of strength training needed for bone health with building resistance through mindful control of movement, it helps with strength, stability and mobility (flexibility) in a well-rounded way. Pilates classes are fun, sociable and ‘work the mind’ as much as the body!

We’re back on Tuesdays at 11.00am and we will have a NEW class starting at 9:45am in Roborough Village Hall.

Wednesdays at 9:30am in Chulmleigh Pavilion.

Thursdays at 9:15am & 10:30am in East Worlington Parish Hall.

Less than a week till we launch 🌞

We’ve been busy lil bees getting Virtual Studio ready for launch on the 1st August. It has been so great getting in the studio for recordings and the kitchen for some tasty treats 🌱 already we feel we have so much on offer, so we can’t wait to see how this will expand and grow.

Our Virtual Studio that’s launching on the 1st August will also have recipe cards and meal ideas for you to try. All our recipes are veggie and vegan. The aim of our recipe cards is to help you be more experimental with veggies but also to give you quick and easy healthy meals.

Our ethos is to enjoy food and not to over think it. So all our recipe cards have substitutions and easy swaps if there are ingredients you’re not a fan of.

We aim to not only to create easy meals but to give you a variety of meals using similar ingredients to help reduce food waste and to be more sustainable 🌿
