Birth Utopia is a company created to enhance women's wellness, covering fertility, pre-natal advice, pregnancy massage, postnatal massage/recovery.

Tasmin qualified as a midwife in 2011 with a BSc Hons and soon developed a keen passion for holistic midwifery. Pregnancy and birth is such a magical time in a person's life, and Birth Utopia's mission is t

o make this journey as relaxing and as enjoyable as possible. In 2014 Tasmin completed a course in complimentary therapies for pregnancy, which has further developed her skills to help empower women to believe in themselves thus enriching their pregnancy journey. For many women pregnancy is an exciting and life changing time, and this experience should be thoroughly enjoyed. Unfortunately for some ladies symptoms they may experience during their pregnancy, such as nausea and PGP can negatively impact the pregnancy experience

By using essential oils and the power of massage, Birth Utopia aims to help alleviate these pregnancy symptoms , thus enhancing this precious time. Tasmin also provides 1-2-1 Hypnobirthing face to face sessions and trauma based sessions. Tasmin is fully trained and insured to safely use essential oils during pregnancy and labour. The services Tasmin offers are complementary therapy based. and not midwifery care. Please see your Midwife for any Midwifery advice. Beautiful feedback from a couple I had the pleasure to teach hypnobirth to for their 1st baby. It was so lovely to read and how proud I am of them both.

Hey Tasmin, way overdue but thought we'd let you know that our lil bundle of joy has arrived 3 months ago. "A lot of hair" is the feedback of every midwife. We didn's manage to get the home birth we wanted due to staff shortage but everything was still overall positive.

We really want to thank you for the knowledge and guidance you have provided us prebirth and it really helped me focus, stay calm and breathe my way to 9cm without any pain relief other than a Tens machine. Even Shereena was surprise when I got to her. Again, thank you so much for the guidance.

For people that might be new to this page here is a little bit about me.
I'm a proud mother of four and a grandmother to two beautiful souls. With over 15 years of experience as a dedicated midwife, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside countless women through one of the most transformative journeys of their lives—pregnancy and birth.

I hold a BSc (Hons) in Midwifery and founded Birth Utopia with a clear vision: to enhance the pregnancy experience through holistic, supportive, and empowering care. I'm deeply passionate about informed choice and fiercely advocate for women to feel seen, heard, and respected throughout their pregnancy and birthing journey.

Based in Winsford, in the heart of Cheshire, I welcome clients into my peaceful and beautifully designed Summer House—a calming retreat created especially for relaxation and healing. I also offer mobile services and am happy to travel up to an hour from Winsford to support women in the comfort of their own homes.

Beautiful feedback from a client who experienced closing the bones.

I was intrigued about the rebozo massage closing the bones ritual. Looking to eventually bring it into my own practice in some way, I prepared to receive it for personal closure & a deeper understanding of the process.

So glad I chose Tasmin to do so.

It was truly beautiful from start to finish. I felt safe, deeply supported & cared for throughout. The whole experience felt easy, un-rushed with time for reflection after the ritual.
