Here is a little reminder of my 'Terms of Service' that has been in effect now since I began my business in 2024. This document is sent out with all booking emails for your information.

👉This document has recently been updated to reflect that I now require 72 hours notice for all cancellations.

I love my job and thank my lucky stars for the opportunity to do what I do. That said, this is my job and so I do expect a certain level of respect and consideration for my time and the resources that are required to run as I do.

Quick Summary:

❗️All appointments require a £10 booking fee to secure your appointment.

❗️I need 72 hours notice for all cancellations.

❗️If you DNA (do not attend) your appointment for any reason without making contact, the full treatment price will be required up front for all future bookings.

❗️If you cancel your appointment, twice in a row, with less than 72 hours notice, the full treatment price will be required up front for all future bookings.

I know these things sometimes happen and consideration is always given to thee unforeseen extenuating circumstances.

What an amazing kick off couple of days as my 🩷 Healing Clinic 💜 was open for the first time this year (since our house move)!

Naturally things didn't all go to plan as expected but the Universe had my back yet again 🙏🌌

I welcomed back some of my lovely regular clients, welcomed new faces and received the most wonderful client reviews! 😍🙏

It felt wonderful to be back doing what I love and feeling that alignment that my soul has missed! 🌈✅🧘‍♀️

My next 🩷 Healing Clinic 💜 will be after the Easter Holiday as our Nursery is only term time, Saturday 11th April then the following 16th and 17th April! I will always try to be flexible for appointment requests where I can do please do always ask.
