So today I have been to visit my first ever workplace as a school leaver of 16. I worked as a care assistant in Castle house nursing home in 1990.

I had the pleasure of providing Therapies and talking about breathing techniques to some of the wonderful residents.

I looking forward to providing this as a weekly service.
