It’s ok if the mind is busy at 1st - it’s bound to be, but just keep breathing normally, keeping awareness on your breath as it flows in your nostrils & out again, either out through your nose or mouth, whichever is more comfy for you, and do that for 5 minutes…
( set a timer on your phone, it’ll fly by! )

This, done everyday, for just 5mins a day, will make a big difference🙏🏼🌸😁🌈

🌙⭐️ Oh Marrakesh - you were wonderful!!!🌙

💖 A fantastic double birthday celebration, there with my best friend, my godson & family, made it so super special - the laughter, the relaxation, the togetherness…..all under the Moroccan sunshine & clear, starry nights…..💖🙌🏽☀️✨✈️

✨ We all came back with food poisoning from food on the last night 🤮, so unfortunately I’m off until I feel better….
Shouldn’t be too long, but I just have to let this run its course…😂💩🙈🙈🙈🤢

🌸 It doesn’t take away from a tremendous holiday -
Winter breaks are now a necessity for my mental & physical wellbeing- truth.💖

My body is not aching now after being in the warm sun, I stopped, I let go of aaaalll attached energies ( I accumulated a lot I realised! ), ate (mostly!) gorgeously fresh food, was TOTALLY present - everything was in the present moment, bliss- and simply rela######xxed!!!!!🙌🏽🌸💖

🎄 Already we are feeling the pressures & incoming stress levels rise with Christmas on the way - yes, it’s true….its nearly here!🎄😂💖

🌿 I’ve designed this meditation hour to deeply relax you, to allow 60minutes of calm all for you, and to clear your 7 main chakras so you may feel lighter, have more clarity, have more energy & to just feel better!!🌿

💖 We will begin with some gentle Pranayama - soft breathing exercises that will calm & focus the mind…
The mind does not stop thinking- that’s what it does - so we’re not trying to stop the mind from thinking….
We’re calming the thoughts, giving them the ‘slip’ for a wee while, so your mind & body can sync in a space of relaxation…🙏🏼🌸🥰

🌿 Then I will lead you on a beautiful 7 Chakra cleanse guided meditation, allowing you to open the main energy centres in your body and release blockages and / or negative energy from them…
You will in turn feel lighter & able to deal with life a lot easier…with more calmness & non-stressed ways of thinking…🙏🏼💖

🌿 To close, there will be some gentle sound healing which will raise your energetic vibration even further😄💫

💫 A pillow / cushion
💫 A blanket for coziness
💫 Water
