This dish takes simple broccoli to the next level, 🥦

Lightly steamed, then tossed in a tangy, nutty, ginger-infused sauce and roasted for extra depth. It’s quick, vibrant, and packed with flavour (plus a good dose of fibre and antioxidants). Perfect as a side dish or a plant-powered main when paired with grains or protein.

👉 Note: If you’re short on time, you can skip the roasting step and steam the broccoli, then toss it with the sauce for a quick and tasty option.
