As Men’s Mental Health Month comes to a close we wanted to do something different. Not stats. Not slogans. Just stories. Real ones.

The kind that show how grief, depression, confusion, and anxiety don’t always look how you expect - but how expression can become survival.

Over the past few weeks, we all experienced our share of challenge, and spoken truths we usually keep buried.

What came out wasn’t weakness - it was strength in motion.

From stolen hard drives to sharing joy. From drinking to avoid pain to finding clarity. From watering a lawn to learning purpose.

We believe growth starts when men are given space to feel, speak and connect.

We had an amazing time running a workshop with the incredible team at in Brixton—one of our favorite sessions yet! 🙌✨

What Christoff and the team are building over there is nothing short of groundbreaking—harnessing creativity to empower underrepresented young people in ways that truly make an impact. The vibes were immaculate, the energy was on point, and the poetry that came out of it was next level. 📝🔥

Even on our busiest, most stressful days, we always leave these workshops feeling grounded, inspired, and grateful—and this one was no exception. Lots of clicking fingers, laughter, and creative power. Can’t wait to be back soon!
