“How are you?” Just three words can make a huge difference, but we know the mental health of new mums is often forgotten. If you’ve had a baby in the last two years, we want to hear from you: https://bit.ly/3N5aDih

Putting a nappy on a newborn baby is a skill that new parents will quickly get a lot of practise in. Every NCT Antenatal course will cover how to change a nappy with practise on a doll – for many this might be their first experience of a nappy change! Hi all, I have a big favour to ask from any Warwickshire residents.
I've recently started a new job at Healthwatch Warwickshire and we are currently working on a project looking at access to dentistry in Warwickshire and would appreciate hearing from young families so we can see what is happening locally. What is your experience of dental care in the last 18 months? If you would like to contribute your experience please fill in the survey here:
https://www.smartsurvey.co.uk/s/4A8LVQ/

(If you would like to leave feedback about any other aspect of health or social care, or would like to know more about Healthwatch Warwickshire have a look at our website and get in touch - we would love to hear from you https://www.healthwatchwarwickshire.co.uk/share-your-views )

It only takes a minute to tell us about your experience of health and social care. We use your views to raise concerns with the people running NHS and social care services to make care better.

Some great research into what makes for a positive experience of birth. All three points were considered part of feeling in control. Firstly, by preparing before birth with education and practising physical skills and relaxation techniques for labour and secondly, being informed and part of the process during the birth.

Ready for Baby

So as the Covid 19 lock down begins to ease and homeschooling responsibilities lessen it seemed like a good time to relaunch Ready for Baby. It has been a challenging time for everyone and now seems like the right time to begin to advertise the online support I offer as well as beginning to look towards being able to offer face to face services again.

My name is Caroline and I have been supporting parents in Coventry and Warwickshire for over 10 years. I am qualified and licensed by the NCT and Natal Hypnotherapy and am fully insured to offer baby massage, antenatal and hypnobirthing workshops. It is an amazing privilege to work with parents and I hope that what I do makes the incredible, and sometimes almost impossible, job of being a new parent or carer a little bit easier.

If you would like to know more about what I do or simply fancy a chat send me a message or have a look at my website www.readyforbaby.co.uk
