Due to popular demand there is a short baby massage course starting in November. I anticipate that this will book up quickly so head on over to www.bookwhen.co.uk/readyforbaby to secure your space.

This 3 session course is run at Core Gym on Bedford Street. You will learn massage techniques to soothe and calm your baby. We use songs and rhymes to help develop language skills and it is also a chance to get to know other new parents in the area. If you would like to know more then please post below.

Some great research into what makes for a positive experience of birth. All three points were considered part of feeling in control. Firstly, by preparing before birth with education and practising physical skills and relaxation techniques for labour and secondly, being informed and part of the process during the birth.
