‘Over 3 stone lost between those two pictures... I’m so glad I rejoined Slimming World back in 2023!’

Figs… there are so many delicious ways to enjoy them 😍

👉 Fresh and juicy
👉 Air-fried with goat’s cheese and a drizzle of honey
👉 Topped with peanut butter and a sprinkle of cinnamon
👉 Tossed in a peppery salad with balsamic glaze and your favourite veggies

I love a sweet and savoury combo – and figs never disappoint!

As a Slimming World member myself, I love that nothing is off limits. I get to try new, exciting foods every day 😍

From worrying about his health to being a total gym bunny – Mark’s transformation is incredible 💥

After struggling with medication and being unhappy with his size, Mark rejoined Slimming World. In just eight months, he put his type 2 diabetes into remission, and after a year, he’s lost more than 8 stone 🙌
