I’m thrilled to share that I’ll be opening the doors to my brand new hypnotherapy clinic in York in mid-November!

After years of helping people overcome challenges through theatre, coaching, and therapeutic work, this new space will offer a calm, confidential environment for clients to work on:

This is a huge step forward, and I’m so excited to create a space in York dedicated to empowerment, healing, and change.

For those who don’t know me, I’m an award-winning social entrepreneur, clinical hypnotherapist, and keynote speaker, with over 25 years’ experience working within major international organisations.

✨ Exciting update ✨

I’ve been a qualified stress and anxiety practitioner since 2019, and became a clinical hypnotherapist in 2020 after training with the London College of Clinical Hypnotherapists.

I specialise in helping people with:
💜 Recovery after unhealthy relationships
💤 Sleep disorders
🩹 Pain management
🕊️ Phobias

During lockdown, I supported people 1:1 and in groups with stress and anxiety, and I continue to only work with a small number of clients (5–6 at any one time) so that each person gets the time and focus they need.

Why am I sharing this?
Because I’ve been there myself. I know what it’s like to face mental health challenges and I also know recovery is possible.

🌱 I’m now opening up space for new clients in North Yorkshire, with a view to launching my new clinic in October.
✨ Sessions are available in person or online.
