D2B = Daring To Be .....that magnificently fulfilled person you always dreamed of being since your earliest memories. Come test your body and release your soul at D2B Adventure - where we seek to encourage personal development in its widest sense - physical, emotional and spiritual - through having safe, serious, challenging fun and discussions (primarily but not exclusively) in the great outdoors. Our goal is to help you release your true greatness and experience sunburst moments - those tears of joy, fulfilment and 'great-fullness' that only come when you are pursuing your own uniquely magnificent goals - each and every day ! Do you remember as a 4 year-old, how everything was possible and the world full of wonder & awesome adventures just waiting to be explored ? If you were to revisit your 4 year-old self and ask them how you were doing, would they be truly proud of how you had turned out - or perhaps a little disappointed ? Let your 4 year-old 'you' be your guide & mentor, continually challenging you to strive towards your true potential in everything you wish for. Whether its taking your first tentative health-walk at lunchtime, joining in some social weekend cycling/hillwalking or preparing for something more intensive such as a triathlon, marathon or multi-day Adventure Race such as the Rat Race Coast to Coast, or even embarking on setting up that business idea/social enterprise you’ve always dreamed of, we can help you challenge your innermost self-limiting beliefs and break through to new levels of peak performance, happiness and fulfilment. We can show you how to ensure that the past does not equal the future and just like an ever-opening flower, your tomorrows can always be brighter, more beautiful and radiant than today ! We can arrange/facilitate a wide range of formal & informal activities for individuals and groups, be it a gentle exploratory stroll, intensive 1-2-1 coaching/mentoring and everything in between, tailored to suit your individual needs and preferences. Our events take place all year round in some of the UK’s most spectacular scenery and normally include at least one or more of the following:
Walking/Jogging
Hill/Road Running
Road Cycling
Mountain Biking
Kayaking
Open-water swimming
So come share your goals and aspirations so that we can journey forward together towards our respective destinies and become the proud guardians of our childhood dreams. Look forward to seeing you in the great outdoors sometime soon - and remember....

I took wee Albert for a birthday trot up Ben A'an above Loch Ahray & Loch Katrine in the Trossachs. Forecast was for severe windchill on the tops, so he had his wee bumble-bee puffa coat on ! 🤣

Hi all, just a brief update to let you know that tomorrow's Inspiration Hour Show will be another opportunity to listen to Ep 251, first broadcast on 1st Feb as I'm afraid that we've been unable to prepare/record a fresh episode during the past week due to competing priorities. Join us for another opportunity to enjoy and reflect on some of our most reflective, thought-provoking and uplifting audio clips & music to date. Sincere apologies for any disappointment for those looking forward to another totally fresh episode tomorrow. However, DJ Annie and myself have been reminded in the strongest possible way over the past few months of a sentiment we first came across some 20 years ago or so and have tried to live by ever since - "Never let a task to be completed become more important than a person to be loved", Thomas S. As many of you will know, I have been a passionate follower/practitioner of Cumbernauld-born Jack MindStore’s personal development tools & techniques since the early 1990’s when books & audio cassettes were the primary methods of supplementing face-to-face workshops/seminars. Jack continues to share his passion and enthusiasm for life through a variety of communication channels these days and this week saw the launch of his annual FREE Goal Setting videos on his YouTube channel.
