Take care in the sunshine this summer
🌞 Don't forget your sunscreen! - Even if it’s cloudy, UV rays can still cause sunburn. Stay in the shade to avoid getting sunburn, reducing your risk of developing skin cancer.
🫗 Stay hydrated - Babies, children and older adults are more at risk of dehydration.
If it's not treated, it can become a serious problem.
🔥 Know the difference between heat exhaustion and heatstroke. Heat exhaustion does not usually need emergency medical help if you can cool down within 30 minutes. If it turns into heatstroke, it needs to be treated as an emergency, call 999.
