Reactivate Physiotherapy is an established Physiotherapy company providing hands on assessment & treatment to a wealth of different conditions.

Reactivate Healthcare is a team of hands on Sports therapists and Physiotherapists. All our Physios are registered with the Health Professionals Council & Chartered Society of Physiotherapists. We have a number of Physio practices which are based in Petersfield, Waterlooville, Portsmouth, Emsworth & Wi******er. We specialise in Orthopaedics and Sports Injuries and are experts in all joint, muscle, tendon and ligament injuries. Working closely with a number of consultants, we do post operative rehab & have fast track access to imaging resources (Mri/X-ray). We have close working relationships with local sports teams providing Physiotherapy & Sports first aid for both Portsmouth Rugby Club & Churchers College (Petersfield).

📣 ANNOUNCEMENT 📣

We are excited to announce that Nathan is going to be increasing his hours with Reactivate. Some of you may know Nathan and have seen him before.

Nathan will be working at our Waterlooville and Petersfield site.

Nathan is a senior physiotherapist with 12 years experience working in the NHS, private practice and in professional cricket. He currently splits his time between the NHS as a clinical specialist and Reactivate.

He has a PGcert in Sports physiotherapy and has a post graduate qualification in injection therapy.

🧡 London Marathon 2024 🧡

This weekend, one of our senior physios, Vicky, completed the London Marathon in a fantastic time of 4:48! This was her first ever marathon and she absolutely smashed it! 🤩

Massive congratulations to our lovely clients who also participated in the marathon! If you have recently completed any marathon, check out our marathon massage deal for a block of recovery massages at a great price!

A few words from Vicky:

I am grateful beyond words for the support from my clients and colleagues throughout my training and leading up to the big day! Whether it was words of support and encouragement, very generous donations or tips and advice for training and the day itself, every single person helped to push me to the finish line.

The training over the winter was long and challenging but so worth it.

On the day, I didn’t stop smiling once the whole way round. The crowds were incredible and it was such a boost to see my friends and family who came to support. Crossing the finish line was super emotional - mostly from being proud of my accomplishment but also some relief that I had completed it 😂

The main aim for the marathon was to raise money for the RNLI, in memory of one of my lovely friends, whose life was taken far too soon at sea. I am pleased to announce we raised over £1100 for the lifeboats which will go towards training, new kit and maintenance. The RNLI is entirely reliant on donations and wouldn’t be able to operate and save lives if it weren’t for the generosity of donators and also the volunteers who risk their lives to help others!

Thankyou again to everyone for the support and stay tuned for the next crazy challenge (once my legs have recovered) 😂😂

Meet Tamara, a keen skier ⛷️ who fractured her Tibia and Fibula last year whilst skiing which meant she had to undergo two separate operations.

Following this procedure Tamara started visiting our Senior Physiotherapist Victoria for some hands on physio, gym based rehabilitation and 1:1 pilates.

Today we are sharing what she had to say after her first trip back skiing since the misfortune.
