In this week's educational video, I discuss bulking – the pursuit of getting massive. The info in this video is primarily for bulking, but a lot of the information can be used whether someone is cutting (losing weight) or bulking (gaining weight). The main difference is that for cuts, you’re in a deficit, and for bulks, you’re in a surplus.
One thing I didn’t mention in this video is that muscle growth can happen whether someone is cutting or bulking – it’s just easier when in a surplus 💪
