Hello lovely people! 🌟 Due to some pesky technical issues, I'm making a move. (the digital world, am I right? 🤷‍♀️). Long story short, I can't fully manage this page as I'd like - meaning I can't run ads, promotions, or some of the other cool stuff I have planned.

But don't fret, the yoga love is just relocating over to a new page: Yoga with Chrissie so I'd be super grateful if you'd jump over and give it a 'Like' to stay in the loop - in-person classes in Tongwynlais Village Hall and Fairwater Leisure Centre. 🧘‍♀️

1️⃣ Time Constraints: Busy bee? 🐝 We get it! Life doesn't pause. Just remember, even in chaos, there's always a moment for mindfulness. Pop in for a single sesh or go at your own rhythm with our materials. 📚

2️⃣ Fear of Group Settings: Social jitters? 🙈 Sessions are more like chill, judgment-free zones. No pressure to spill your life story, promise! 🛋️

3️⃣ Anxiety About New Activities: First-timer nerves? 😰 Remember, it's all about baby steps. And the first one is always the hardest but it might be the best one you take! 💕

4️⃣ Health Concerns: Got some body quirks? 🤔 Hey, who doesn't? Adapt and adjust as you need. If in doubt, chat with your doc and find what fits you just right. My mantra? Health first. 🌱

🧠💭 It's a common misconception that our goal is to completely silence our minds. In reality, mindfulness isn't about achieving a void-like silence.

Rather it is about cultivating a calm, clear space from which we can truly observe and understand our thoughts and emotions, not eliminate them.

By seeking clarity, we learn to navigate the ebb and flow of our inner world.✨

Remember, it's not about silencing every thought, but rather tuning in and gaining clear insight into our inner world amidst the chatter.
