Conclusions…Beliefs…thoughts that become our Reality and Colour our life experiences are part of the fabric of our life.
It is easy to confuse these with who we think we are, or even who we think we ‘should’ be…
Unlearning unhelpful or emotionally painful beliefs about ourself and the world is not about ‘losing’ anything, it is simply a way of ALIGNING our thoughts, feelings and true self…the true self, that is quietly directing us to find our balance…
Therefore ‘finding ourself’ is simply about finding a way to our own inner alignment of Mind (thoughts and beliefs), Body (physical alignment and biological function) and Spirit (embracing the emotional and energetic body)…

The Heart is a most tender organ. Whilst in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), different emotions are associated with different meridians and their organs - every emotional experience is translated to the heart.

The heart feels everything - our joys and our sorrows. It directs our way - moving us towards that which we love and away from that which is not healthy for us. Through our hearts, we are connected to the people and places we love…

The heart is a powerful organ that can help us to overcome emotional pain.

As a HEARTMATH Coach I help people to harness physiological benefits of the Heartmath techniques, to address emotional and behavioural changes.

In TCM, working with acupuncture, I address something called ‘Heart Shock’, which is a term used for the diagnosis and treatment of trauma.

Together these are powerful tools to help release past events that may still be causing pain, hurt or upset in a persons life.
