We’re thrilled to share that Jen, previously our Group Head of People, has officially stepped into the role of Group Operations Manager for the RZM Group! 👏🎉

Jen has played a huge role in shaping our culture and connecting the dots across our Home Instead offices. Her new position sees her leading operations across Doncaster, Wakefield, Rotherham, and Retford & Gainsborough — a fantastic opportunity that reflects her outstanding contribution, leadership and strategic vision.
