Founder Christiane Ebert has a caring background in nursing which she translated to her passion for wellness through movement in order for people to achieve their health and fitness goals. With 22 years of experience in the fitness industry, she specializes in spinning, body conditioning and Pilates training for a well-rounded approach to strength, end

urance and flexibility. Her knowledge of endurance and strength training has allowed her to tailor her Pilates instruction into something unique – a service that offers not only core conditioning and mental focus but also overall strength, flexibility and perseverance. Focus groups:

Ever try putting on your PJ pants and feel like you’re in a wrestling match with yourself? One leg misses, the other steps on the waistband, and suddenly it’s a full-blown battle just to get dressed!
If bending over feels like your body is saying, “𝑵𝒐𝒕 𝒕𝒐𝒅𝒂𝒚, 𝒑𝒂𝒍!” 🙅‍♀️—you’re not alone. But here’s the good news: 𝐏𝐢𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐬 𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐟𝐢𝐱 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭!

When the alarm goes off, but your body says "Nope, not today!" 🙅‍♀️

We’ve all been there—tugging the duvet tighter, wriggling deeper into the covers, and moaning like it's the end of the world just thinking about getting out of bed! 😫

In today’s episode, watch me try to jump into action (spoiler: it’s more of a slow-motion struggle). One leg… then the other... moaning about those aches and pains like they’ve become my new best friends.

And just when I hit rock bottom—on all fours on the bed—I realize I should have listened to my friend and joined those Pilates classes! 🙈
