I'm an holistic health coach and personal trainer offering naturopathic nutrition and fitness advice to keep women and their families healthy and fit for life. Being outside is important. Less screen time is a must. Our habits will mould the way for our children. I hold outdoor fitness sessions in Wiltshire for women only. Children are welcome and we'll usually find them demonstrating a walking lu

nge and press up as a result! The aims of all my classes are not to be sick and be beasted, but to be enjoyed, revitalised and invigorated and still work up a sweat. Online sessions currently include: kettlercise and PSF (a mobility and flexibility power class). My personal sessions are also currently online specialising in nutrition, movement and fitness and HEALTH! My best tips that can do wonders right now: Get outside. You'll feel the benefits instantaneously! Make YOU a priority. It's time to give something back ❤️

Hey. This is me! Two workouts today and feeling strong 💪🏻 Thought I’d say hi as tend to keep myself out the photos🙈🤳! I’ve been in this industry for almost 20 years and specialised in women for the last 15 years.

The things I’ve learnt so far:

✅It’s not about beasting people.
✅Endless cardio isn’t going work! 🏃🏼‍♀️
✅Most people know what they should be doing but need to be motivated to do it 🫵🏻
✅Achieving goals is not just about exercise. It’s an holistic package which is why I separately trained as a health coach and nutrition consultant. 🥒
✅Stress management is a huge part of this. 🧘🏻‍♀️
✅As is sleep. 💤
✅Depending on goals, women should be trained by women. Controversial I know. 🏋🏼‍♀️
✅Goals should definitely include being able to have good health and good movement into our 90’s if not 100’s. 👵🏻
✅Strength training is a big part of this. 💪🏻
✅Pelvic floor training for both women and men is important too. Engage the floor and the core!
✅It’s really hard trying to fit in time for yourself.
✅Oh and Sit ups aren’t going to work either.
✅I’m here to help and if I can’t I’ll find someone that can.

Why do an early morning workout with me?

It’s effective, efficient and ticks every box us women need:

✅kickstarts your metabolism burning more calories during the day

✅better than coffee for energy increase

I love this class I’ve been teaching it since 2013 and it’s always been a massive hit with every woman I’ve taught.

Today I had an 82 year old come and try my class and she loved it 💪🏻 I am so proud of her. We should all be like her. 🥰

My mission in life is to help every woman who comes to me to be that 82 year old woman. Everybody needs to be getting fit for life, a long healthy active life. To be able to catch themselves if they fall, to be able to get up from the floor and chairs with no aids, all of those age related issues that we can blame on ‘being old’.

We need to be fit for life. 💪🏻😊😘
