Then we went for a coffee & chat in Bury Centre .

Today is the start of volunteer week !!!!

We would just like to thank all our volunteers for all you do to help out with event days ,the Holistic Hub & helping by liking ,sharing out posts .

These are the dates for our
Holistic Hub .

Please call in for a cuppa and a chat .
Each session will have different holistic themes.

The group is a FREE GROUP .

There is a suggested donation of £10 if you want to recieve a 45 minute Therapy from one of our qualified, insured Therapists.

Reiki share is a 1.5 group session with a suggested £4 suggested donation for ladies trained in Level 1 & 2 Reiki .

It's a great opportunity to connect with other women and stop isolation.

Today on a bleak Bank Holiday myself & Tik were out connecting with women in Whitefield.

A lovely ladies group at CHABAD on Park Lane .

We told them all about our community work with women .

How we help them with confidence & self worth .
How we empower connection and collaboration .
How we promote Holistic ways of living .

We had a lovely time and we were made very welcome 🙏

We also gave them a taster sound bath experience.
