We love this visual from 👏

Our worth is something that comes up such a lot in therapy, with the common belief that this is placed in what we do rather than who we are. This can mean we push ourselves to do more and more, never tolerating just 'being' ourselves as we fear the consequences.
We are all important and don't have to prove this by pushing ourselves to breaking point.
Let's remind ourselves we are worthy ❤️

So often our tendency is to respond to ourselves with harshness, this can often make challenging things more challenging. Developing the skills or compassion and cultivating this within ourselves is something that can enable us to support ourselves through the challenges.
