First and foremost, thank you so much for choosing Callis Retreat for your massage therapy needs. I deeply appreciate your continued support – your appointments are not just bookings, they’re the heart of my small business and my livelihood.
As many of you know, I pour everything into this work, from preparation to personal care. When a client doesn’t show up or cancels last-minute, it leaves a gap that can’t easily be filled – especially in a solo-run business like mine.
Unfortunately, I experienced 18 no-shows last month alone, which is simply not sustainable. With that in mind, I’m implementing a cancellation policy as follows:
New Cancellation Policy (Effective Immediately):
• Same-day cancellations (including no-shows) will incur a 50% charge of the scheduled service.
• To avoid this fee, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
• Appointments can be rescheduled via phone or text.

This policy isn’t about penalties – it’s about protecting the time, energy, and care that go into every appointment. It allows me to serve all of you more reliably and sustainably.
