With the festive season just around the corner, we are excited to offer this hands-on day to get you into the holiday spirit and inspire you with fresh ideas for the Big Day.
The delicious menu includes:
•.Beetroot & Hibiscus Soup
• Slow-Roasted Mushroom Wellington
• Rose Harissa Brussels Sprouts with “Vegan Feta” and Pomegranate. (this dish converts even the most committed sprout-hater!)
• Roasted Cabbage with Porcini Dressing
• Black Forest Trifle
• Mulled Hibiscus Mocktail
• Christmas Tisane
Once all the dishes are ready, we’ll sit down to a three-course early Christmas dinner in our spacious new venue: St George Community Centre, Hall Lane, Walton (near the Columbine Centre).
All recipes are designed with whole foods and minimally processed ingredients, making them better for your health and more affordable. Several dishes have also been chosen for their wellbeing benefits—such as supporting a healthy cardiovascular system during a busy season and aiding digestion after a large meal.
The mocktail is inspired by a traditional Caribbean Christmas drink, offering a sophisticated alcohol-free option for those moments when you want something more festive than orange juice or lemonade.
Tickets are £50 and places are limited.
