Eat less, move more isn’t the answer.

It’s the kind of advice that sounds simple… but leaves you feeling like you’ve failed when it doesn’t work.
It piles on shame, oversimplifies your body, and ignores the real reasons weight loss can feel so hard.

Your calorie-burning capacity is shaped by so much more than diet and exercise.Things like sleep, stress, hormones, muscle mass, blood sugar regulation, and macronutrient balance.

When we zoom out and look at the whole picture, the ‘problem’ stops being you… and starts being the outdated advice you’ve been given.

💛 You don’t need to try harder.
You need a different approach.

I have no judgement around anyone exploring GLP-1s.

If weight has felt like a lifelong struggle, it’s totally understandable to want something that finally “works.”

But I’ve also worked with many women who lost weight or already had an ‘amazing body’… and still felt anxious, out of control with food, or disconnected from their bodies.

And I’ve lived it too.
When I was at my smallest (through restriction), I didn’t like myself more — I actually felt less confident, more obsessed, and further away from peace.

Because no medication can fix the emotional side of this — the guilt, the pressure to be perfect, the belief that we’re not enough.
