I’m teaching Reiki Level 1 this weekend ✨😌🙏 It’s always such a lovely, peaceful experience and privilege to pass on this beautiful and deceptively simple meditative practice for self-healing. Mikao Usui’s teachings help us to create a sense of peace and well-being amid the chaos of the world. The teachings feel needed more than ever to help us stay open to the suffering while staying grounded and centred in the face of helplessness. Reiki gives us the tools and practices to connect to the energetic essence of all that is, and tune into and reverberate peace, love, connection ~ healing. 🙏✨💖

Homemade and homegrown summer herbal incense bundles 🌿💚 These will be available to buy on Thursdays at my Reiki drum sessions. I can’t use smoke in those sessions, so I use fresh herbs instead in a similar way, but you can take these bundles home with you if desired 🌿😌🌿

Beautiful words that remind us the power of our thoughts, words and actions in the world. It’s easy to feel small and helpless but this reiterates a vaster perspective. ✨💫

I took the cheeky liberty of changing the last line to ‘the Earth herself’, for several reasons of personal resonance, but I think it makes it more universal, less religious, and more of a sense of our importance to Mother Earth and her importance to us. 🙏💫
