‘People ask me if I’ve used weight loss drugs or had surgery. I’m proud to say I did it with Slimming World’ 💖.

Make some noise for Claire! She lost a jaw-dropping 18st 7.5lbs (117.7kg) and is our Woman of the Year 2025 👑🌟!

At her heaviest, Claire felt at rock bottom. Her weight affected every part of her life, and though she longed to start a family she couldn’t conceive 💔. Hoping to lose enough weight to have IVF, Claire joined Slimming World – and just nine months later, she’d lost 8st 7.5lbs (54.2kg)… and conceived naturally!

Fast forward to now, and Claire has two gorgeous children and a healthy and happy future with them ahead 🤗.

Yesterday in my Newtownstewart group, Aidan picked up his 4 stone award 👏👏 just over a year since he began his journey. What a fantastic Christmas present he’s given himself! 🌟🎄

He’s absolutely smashing it, and he’s looking fantastic! We couldn’t be prouder of his dedication and determination. 💪✨

Can you believe it’s 6 weeks to 2026 ⁉️

The great news is when it comes to our weight, it doesn’t mean it has to start going up. In fact, with a plan, we absolutely can keep on losing weight and start 2026 lighter than we weigh today.

I know life can be busy, and sometimes 9.30am just doesn’t fit around work, school runs, or other commitments. That’s why I’m exploring the idea of adding a 7.30am Slimming World group, giving you the chance to start your day with support, motivation, and a fresh focus before the day gets going.

- A smaller, more relaxed group setting
- Same warm welcome, same support, just at a time that suits your lifestyle
