Holistic living is a way of life for me and I am always looking at what different holistic approaches can be used so that the 'to do lists', quick pace and stress that life can bring become more manageable. For years Carla has used her knowledge and passion for Holistic Therapies to help others to relax, de-stress and reduce tension. Carla started her Holistic journey in 2005 and is qualified in R

eflexology, Indian Head Massage, Aromatherapy, Nutrition and exercise and Holistic Massage. Since then, Carla has extended her knowledge, experience and skills to qualify in other therapies including Hopi Ear Candle, Hot Stones Massage, Reiki and Baby Massage. Carla has achieved the Level 4 Certificate in Adult Education Training and will soon be teaching a range of Holistic Therapy Courses. Carla treats all her clients as individuals and all treatments can be tailored to your specific individual needs. Carla is an insured member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT).

✨I am running an Aromatherapy refresher training day on
Friday 1st August 2025 ✨

Are you a therapist who trained a little while ago? Do you lack confidence in certain therapies or not practice them as much as you had hoped? Or maybe you feel you just need to refresh on your skills and knowledge.

If so then the refresher days are perfect for you. These workshops are run in small groups or as 1:1 training.

Crystal Healing is an ancient therapy that works with the natural power of crystals to help health and well-being. There are so many ways we can work with crystals to help us to restore balance in our stressful and busy lives.
Crystal healing is an incredibly relaxing treatment that can be felt by the client and therapist and has so many wonderful benefits.

Whether you just want to learn for the benefit for yourself and your family or if you want to become a practising crystal healer, this is the perfect first step.

Outline of the course content:
• How Crystal healing works
• Preparing, cleansing and energising your crystals
• How to choose your crystals
• The laying of crystals on yourself and others
• Learn Dowsing with a Pendulum
• Using Dowsing to balance the Chakras

(with an additional online follow up meeting approx. 4 weeks after, date to be agreed on the course)

Reiki level 1 is a wonderful course, I love to teach it and sharing how to work with the Reiki energy in your life and for self-healing, for family, friends, pets plus many many other things.
During my Reiki level 1 training, you will learn how to transform your own energy for self-healing and growth and how heal any current and past energy imbalances. You will learn how to feel Reiki energy and the principles of Reiki.

You will also learn how give a Reiki treatment to others and to use it for self-healing and how to use this amazing energy in all areas of your life. This is a brilliant opportunity to become aware of how your body is continually speaking to you. All you have to do is slow down and listen which is where the self-healing practice comes in!

This course is suitable for complete beginners who would like to learn more about Reiki energy and begin to practice energy work, as well as anyone wishing to refresh their Reiki training. Whether you just want to learn for the benefit for yourself or if you want to become a practising healer, this is the perfect first step.

After reiki level 1 you’ll have the ability to do self-healing, contributing to your own healing. You’ll also be able to use Reiki to treat family & friends and pets (in a non-professional capacity).
