A telephone or Zoom call at a mutually convenient time. Or in-person, early Saturday mornings at a booked time at a studio in central Ipswich.

At the consultation we can discuss your personal goals/ intentions, share our Yoga stories/ journey, or if new to Yoga I can answer any queries you may have.

It's certainly been a while since I last posted...
It's been another fantastic period of Yoga!
Personal tuition, Yoga in the park, speciality workshops including yummy breakfast catering, group sessions, online night nights Yoga with Linds and online corporate Yoga sessions.

It's been a while since I last posted...
It's been another amazing month of Yoga!
Throughout August I have delivered various workshops... I was a guest teacher LAIT DANCE CLUB Workshop Wednesday's... Yoga in the Park... and most recently a 2 hour speciality workshop including delicious breakfast catering from the fabulous Applaud cafe Ipswich.

The schedule for September's sessions is set!
First session starts on Sunday 5th September.
