The Next Mountain 4 Marcus Raising the profile on ability boxing ♿️🥊 Marcus is 13 and has a twin brother. They were born at at 32 weeks prem at 4lbs each. What is Stem Cell?

Marcus has Brain Injury which has caused Cerebral Palsy. He has had over 10 operations already. We have had a massive breakthrough and he has been offered specialist, word leading treatment in America. He has been offered Stem Cell Treatment for Brain Injury. New cells promote the repair response of diseased, dysfunctional or injured tissue using stem cells and latch onto damaged tissue in his brain stimulating repair on the brain injury. The Stem Cell Institute in Panama provides therapies using specially screened and processed mesenchymal stem cells sourced from umbilical cord tissue that has been donated after normal, healthy births. Life experiences shape the future.
So picture this- I need to weigh-in for my fight. I normally weigh myself by using a weight chair that I sit in. Often found in medical settings.

I ask my local hospital if I can use theirs, but unfortunately I need a GP referral.

A local GP doesn’t have a weight chair.

The local blood testing clinic doesn’t have a weight chair.

So I had to use a standing scale in boots, because it was the only one with handles.

The chairman of Adpative Boxing is open to learning about what the barriers are and how we shape the future for adpative boxers!
