Yesterday in our "Criw CUBE Crew", we talked about our school worries..... from this we discussed where our worries come from, and how we can use our logical thinking to remind ourselves that our anxious thoughts aren't real.

Dear customers, please take care if you're visiting The Gallery, Welsh water have done some repair work outside the coffee shop, and there is a large hole in the pavement under the windows, it does have some barriers, but please take care.This will hopefully be filled back in before the the end of week, thank you.

Can we give a massive shout out to Charlotte on her 2nd year anniversary with us at CUBE , all our past and present children and young people and the families would like to say a big thank you 🙏

It's hard to believe that I've been part of the CUBE team for a whole year! I've learnt so much, and have gained a wealth of knowledge. I am looking forward to continuing to work with amazing families in the community ❤️ I would like to thank my CUBE family for all of their support and guidance, and thank you to the families that I have had the pleasure of working with..... here's to the next year ✨️

Just a reminder that The Gallery Coffee Shop will be closed on Mondays commencing today, the 10th of February.

We are still open for anyone accessing CUBE services.

CUBE groups will run as normal, and tea/coffee/cakes will still be available at the start and end of group sessions.

CUBE staff will still be on the premises if you need to pop in for a chat.
