With the recent flooding due to Storm Dennis and Storm Ciara, it is understandable that people in the North West are feeling stressed, anxious and scared. I am feeling inspired by the way the local community has come together to help eachother, and so I am offering a free one-to-one crystal therapy session to those who need it.

About me

I’m Yvonne, and I am a qualified Crystal Therapist and Reiki Master.

People find their way to holistic therapies through a variety of reasons; some positive and others negative. Work-related stress left me feeling demotivated and demoralised with life. I hit rock bottom, but through crystals, reiki and mindfulness, I found a new outlook and appreciation of life.

I began Down to Earth Holistic Therapies to provide an opportunity for people to access alternative therapies for the benefit of their emotional, spiritual, physical and mental wellbeing.

Outside of my work, I spend time with my dog Eliza (who regularly benefits from treatments), country walks with my husband Tony and vegetarian cooking. I am a curious photographer, and have used all of my own images on my website.
