Come join me for a half year reflection and reset.

With an hours Yin yoga to release any stress or tension that has been built up so far this year, opening us up to let go and renew with half an hours yoga Nidra.

Wear comfortable clothing and bring and pillows, blankets and eye masks to help you rest and reset.

🌙 Yin yoga & Yoga Nidra workshop with Kate 🌙
🗓️ Saturday 2nd August - 7-8.30pm

Connect with the full moons energy with an hour of Candlelit Yin Yoga and 30 mins Yoga Nidra. Yin yoga creates a gentle traction and compression that helps to flush out toxins and lubricate joints while releasing tension from the surrounding connective tissues. Working along the meridian lines of the body that connect our energy pathways for all our tissues and cells creating 12 channels throughout the body. Each are connected but can get blocked causing energy to stay stagnant within. Yin yoga can help the body and mind to relax and release tension mentally, emotionally and physically, unblocking the channels of energy that help the body function. Yoga Nidra is a state of conscious deep sleep. During meditation, you remain in the waking state of consciousness and gently focus the mind, allowing thought patterns, emotions, sensations, and images to arise. In Yoga Nidra, you leave the waking state, go past the dreaming state, and go to deep sleep, while remaining awake.

Come join me for a deep relaxation tomorrow for a beautiful Yin and Yoga Nidra workshop.
A great way to get yourself ready for the party season by letting go of the rest of the year having some much needed time out rest and restore all ready for the big man Santa to arrive abs ensuring your fresh and ready.
⭐️ What is yin?
Yin yoga stretches and targets both the deep connective tissues between the muscles, and the fascia throughout the body. The aim is to increase circulation in the joints and improve flexibility as the poses stretch and exercise the bone and joint areas. It also helps us to regulate the body’s flow of energy.
⭐️And What about Yoga Nidra?
Yoga nidra or yogic sleep is a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping, like the “going-to-sleep” stage. It is a state in which the body is completely relaxed. Yoga nidra promotes deep rest and relaxation that isn’t found in your average meditation practice. The stages of body scan and breath awareness alone can be practiced to calm the nervous system, leading to less stress and better health.
Combining these two great practices will leave you feeling relaxed but also leaves you with more energy for the month as we open up the energy channels.

Come celebrate the Buck Full Moon with me.
Yin and Yoga Nidra Workshop

Starting with a Full Moon meditation then one hour of Yin Yoga where we release the body and calm the mind followed by half an hour Yoga Nidra where we let the body and mind fully rest between consciousness of awake and sleep.
