Chocolate Cookie Overnight Weetabix

Super tasty breakfast or snack option that tastes like a wee pudding 😁 You can play around with the composition of it and there are loooooads of options. Screenshot below is for my serving and Lauren's was simply half of that 👌I'll list it below for ease as well

4 wheat bisks/weetabix
50ml Oat milk
240g 0% fat greek yoghurt
1 scoop of Chocolate Whey Protein (30g approx)
2 Oreos (I used aldi's version)
5g choc shot brownie (you can use any low cal syrup)

- Crumble weetabix until fine and pour over oat milk, mix well and flatten
- Mix greek yoghurt and whey protein and fold until fully combined, pour evenly over the weetabix base
- Crumble oreos over the top and drizzle syrup
- Refrigerate overnight

Go Deeper Guys! (That's what she said, Michael Scott)

First one back on Tuesday and a dreaded baptism of fire with quads and calves 🤢 basically took the quads through their full contractile range with the bias of the 3 movements I programmed. I want to focus on the hack squat though

Most common fault I think we see is people short changing the depth on these. Given hack squats really challenge and bias the lengthened range of the quads and allows us to load them appreciably we want to make sure we create significant tension down there!

Doing half bro reps on these just doesn't cut it, everyone's active range however is different and our bodies are unique so it might be necessary to find another movement to challenge this range significantly

Overhead squat work then built up and cherry on top got a pb on his power sn**ch! Only way is up! Again what a starting point!! Still can't get over this guy has never done oly before starting a few weeks ago!

Since the 1000 rep challenge for the abs was more popular than I though it would be 😂 i thought I'd do one for the glutes! All you need is a loop/resistance band!

I done this, this morning and I was a sweaty mess after it 😂 have fun!

200 abductions
200 fire hydrants (100 each side)
200 banded push downs (100 each side)
100 standing abductions
100 3 step stance (50 a side)
100 clams (50 a side)
100 lateral bear crawl (50 a side)

"I've heard you don't need to count pasta!"....😳
.......erm.....No....it isn't bad for weight loss, you can eat pasta and lose weight, you weren't "bad" at all and dear god no, pasta isn't "free" or zero anything!!!

The reason people struggle with pasta on a fat loss diet, is due to the fact it's a high dense carb, sadly you won't get as much as this as you would sweet potato for example.

I won't go into all the nutrition benefits and facts on pasta but if you're weight loss is your goal, you must weigh out and count this!

There is nothing wrong with pasta! If you want it, weigh it, count it, enjoy it!

This picture of COOKED pasta in my hand is 30g carbs to put this into perspective a warbutons thin bagel is 25g carbs......I'd rather the bagel lol

If you're wanting pasta, remember to pad it out with veg and protein (chicken, tuna etc)

Even though glute training is massively marketed at females, this is huuugely beneficial to EVERYONE, yes that includes you gents!

This helps with back and knee problems/pain, helps to prevent injury and is immensely helpful for specific sport training and athletics!.....plus women also love a peachy bum to grab 😂🍑

So incase you're worried, it won't be a bunch of people doing that weird standing duck pose that you see on Instagram

£50 for NL members (£4.15 a class)
