What a beautiful morning sharing practices for spring with lovely souls. We wrote our spring wishes on wild flower paper leaves. We watched the buds on the branches unfurl as we hung our leaves and have taken them home to plant. We shared meditations, gentle asana practices, tea and cake and a wonderful Yoga Nidra to end with nurturing and nourishment. how will your spring unfurl and grow? Some of you are already aware, my husband is scheduled to have two major operations this year, therefore the retreats are half days and local to me rather than full days. I will be doing a lot of selfcare so that I can help him convalesce after each operation whilst also supporting my elderly mother...
