Life becomes much lighter when we stop carrying unnecessary weights. Worry is like a rocking chair — it keeps you busy, but it takes you nowhere. Most of what we stress over either doesn’t matter in the bigger picture or is already outside our control.

2️⃣ Mistakes you already made – Learn, grow, and let them go. Yesterday is a teacher, not a prison.
