I'm covering tonight's Yin Yoga class for the lovely Alison Gough Yoga whilst she's on holiday. FYI tonight's restful yoga class is amazing, even if I say so myself. Some lower back release, little bit of hips and some luscious long side stretches. Followed by a guided relaxation snuggled under a blanket. Even i'll hate me for waking you up at the end 🤣.

I know it's my class, but I'm really really looking forward to tonight's practice. Hip openers, hamstrings, side bends, forward folds and the odd twist. Followed by a nice long guided relaxation. Then straight off home to bed, maybe with a hot chocolate. Amazing. 7.15pm The Mandala Yoga & Wellbeing - booking available on the website.
