Come and get back on track this weekend.

1 SPACE REMAINS – The workshop starts tomorrow at 10:30 am!

In this workshop, we will move through a journey of the five layers of self (also known as Koshas). We will work on the physical body, energetic, mental, emotional and wisdom - to slow things down and reconnect you with your centre.

The day will start by unwinding through the physical practice of Vinyasa Flow Yoga. We will bring awareness to the five layers and finish with a traditional spiritual practice (also known as Sadhana) using breathwork and sound healing to work on the energetic, mental and emotional level, calming the nervous system - the perfect state for meditation.
You will leave feeling grounded, calm and centred.

Join me for a workshop this Saturday...

In this workshop, we will move through a journey of the five layers of self (also known as Koshas). We will work on the physical body and energetic, mental, emotional body - to slow things down and reconnect you with your centre.

The day will start by unwinding through the physical practice of Vinyasa Flow Yoga (suitable for complete beginners).

We will learn what meditation and mindfulness are and the science behind these ancient traditions. We will finish with a traditional spiritual practice (also known as Sadhana) using breathwork and sound healing to work on the energetic, mental and emotional level, calming the nervous system - the perfect state for meditation.

You will come away feeling relaxed, grounded and with confidence to integrate a meditation practise into your daily life for long term physical and mental benefits.

During my first 200hr Yoga Teacher training I knew I wanted to help people experience the healing benefits of Yoga that I had experienced, after the loss of my daughter Nicole, at full term, in 2014.

Yoga was the one thing that kept me going and stopped me going down a deep dark hole of depression and self-destruct.

I wanted to learn more about why the practices of Yoga were so powerful in managing my mental health and needed to know more.

Last year, I completed my 300hr Advanced Teacher Training in Yoga Psychology with my mentor Ashley Turner renowned Yoga Teacher and Psychotherapist.

Because of this training and the deep work of my own healing, after 7 years, I finally feel ready to help other Mums that have experienced the late stages of baby loss and still birth, so that they too find healing, recovery, and self-discovery to get through the dark days and embrace the good days.

This is my purpose and calling.

It’s work in progress, but I have FREE online yoga classes and community group talks coming soon.

Tip for maintaining a regular mediation practice is to create a sacred space in your home or work that invites you to sit and do your practice.

Somewhere that you see everyday.

Love ❤️ this space. Decorate it with all the things that speak to you, that are sacred and meaningful.

Candles 🕯, incense, flowers 🌸, ornaments, crystals, sage, photos of loved ones or deities.

This week on the introduction to breath work, meditation and mindfulness 🧘‍♀️ course my students are creating a sacred space, a place to sit and connect with their breath and themselves. Can’t wait to see them!

Week 2 and they are seeing the benefits already: feeling calmer, more grounded, feeling happier and this is being oases on to those around them 💕 🌎 all it takes is 5 mins a day!

My story

Yoga to me is a way of life, I couldn’t be without it and I practice as much as I can. When life gets in the way, as it does with a busy family life (toddler, a young baby and a full time job), like most of us, I can start to feel unbalanced, stressed and overwhelmed. Once I’m back on my mat however I feel the uplifting effect on the body, mind and spirit and my world comes back into balance.

You don’t have to be flexible or be a certain body type to practice Yoga!

I am not a naturally flexible person and as a youngster I remember always feeling uncomfortable trying to sit crossed legged in class and trying with all my might to touch my toes in gym class!
