बुध्यात्मना वा प्रकृतेः स्वभावात् ।
करोमि यद्यत् सकलं परस्मै
नारायणायेति समर्पयामि ॥
Whatever I do .. body .. speech .. mind.. senses intellect .. or through my natural tendencies .. I offer to the supreme.

| Raga & Dvesha |
With every pleasure, the fear of losing it becomes the pain, it causes suffering. This is the dance of action and reaction.
If you seek pleasure/happiness through the senses, pain is sure to follow.
Instead, surrender the fruits of all actions.

|Abhyasa|
Constant practice
Performed wholeheartedly, earnestly, with no desire for the end result, instead doing the work because it has to be done.
Without abhyasa, all other yogic practices can not be fully performed.

|Vairagya|
Unattachment.
An important practice on the path of yoga.
One, I definitely struggle with!!😩
This one teaches us people come and go, dreams come and go.
Try not to hold on. Instead, let it come and let it go.
With attachment comes suffering.
If you truly want happiness, practice Vairagya.

| Iśvara karma phala dātā |
The divine is the giver of the fruits of action.
The fruits of action take place because of the laws of action. (Karma)
We have no control over the fruits.
They are given by iśvara (God)

The last time I tried was back at the Dharma Yoga Centre I 2019.
After injuring my shoulder last year, I avoided all types of inversions.
