Sometimes leaving the cocoon leaves a sensation of loss, until the butterflies wings dry it has yet to realise it can fly but it’s going to be amazing! If you feel like your life is over it’s just a phase, you’re no longer a caterpillar but heading towards being a butterfly. The butterfly. We all know it signifies change, but often we forget that the hungry caterpillar rests in its cocoon whilst changing. Sometimes we need to rest in our own cocoons, go inward and have a pause before we can recognise our own changes. Remember to be gentle with yourself, wherever you are it’s just perfect.

Discussing with other reiki practitioners brought to our attention that our clients often fall into categories; there are those who like to come twice a year for a little tune up, knowing that reiki helps to keep them in balance, there are those who wait then come when they feel they’ve taken as much as they can bear and they need to be seen regularly initially, but then they go back to normal life and then there are those who are yet to discover reiki...
Interestingly reiki practitioners are often different too. There are those who want to hang onto the same clients continuously and have them book every month, there are those who teach a few energy clearing tips to help the client be more independent but always have an open door, and there are those who run group/drop in classes. We’re all a little different and that gives the client an opportunity to choose the right practitioners for their needs. Personally, I like to teach a few things along the way and if that’s the kind of practitioner you are looking for, you are in luck as I have space enough in my diary for a few more clients. I am offering 4 for the price of 3 sessions so £150 which for some of you could run over 2 months and others 2 years! Message me for more information 💕💗

This little bundle of joy really enjoys reiki at bed time when she's missing her litter mates and mum. There is a specific reiki technique for stress relief and it comes in handy... generally at about 4am!

Our pets come here to offer unconditional love to us with out hesitation. They get us through times that we ourselves are like how did we survive that?

Animals show us virtues that we lack within our soul and they remind us how to allow connection hope and love in. The past year our animals have gone through some crazy times pulling us up out of the debts of hell aka Fear. So it is sooo imparative that we cleanse and clear their energy just as much as we clear our own.
