🍃 First Aid Refresh at Speyburn Distillery

The team at Speyburn Distillery recently completed a First Aid refresher course with Forrest Training, combining hands-on practice with essential theory.

From treating each other for shock, to practicing CPR, and bandaging some very realistic (and slightly gruesome!) mock wounds, everyone gave it their all — and did a brilliant job!

A huge well done to the team for keeping their lifesaving skills sharp. 💪
