There seems to be a consensus among scientists, researchers, and practitioners alike that meditation is good for you. The ever-growing amount of data on the many benefits of this perennial spiritual practice (which, most recently, include improving students' grades and test scores) seems to indicate one thing: You should meditate. And, you should do it regularly.
