‼️🔈IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT🔈‼️
⭐Change of venue in Edinburgh⭐

Unfortunately I will no longer be hosting sound healing sessions at Beetroot Sauvage from October onwards 😔 which is due to a change in circumstances regarding the wellness centre. I've absolutely LOVED hosting sessions there for the last 3 years and will be sad to leave. BUT.....I have managed to secure an alternative venue which is just around the corner from Beetroot at The Salisbury Centre. I've had to change the original October date to the 21st instead of the 28th but the November date will remain the same (25th). The time has also been changed to 8.30pm which I hope won't inconvenience anyone too much. Booking is now OPEN for these 2 dates and there are only 16 spaces available on each date so book early to ensure you have a spot! I'd like to take this opportunity to thank you all for your continued loyalty and support! The last sound bath at Beetroot Sauvage will be on Friday September 30th at 7.30pm and there are currently only 8 spaces available. Thanks everyone!! 🙏❤️

Hi! My name is Jo and I am sound healing practitioner and reiki master. Sound meditation sessions (or sound baths as they are commonly known) can help you to relax and release feelings of stress and tension, as well as improve sleep, boost immunity and create feelings of positivity and happiness. Using a combination of quartz crystal bowls, tibetan singing bowls, gongs. chimes,rain stick and guided meditation, I will take you on a soothing sonic journey where you will drift into an altered state of consciousness, allowing your body and mind to enter ‘self healing mode’. I host studio based sound bath sessions in the Fife and Edinburgh areas (Scotland) and also virtually online using a monthly membership system, meaning you can access a sound bath from the comfort of your own home from anywhere in the world!
