A Physio-led Pilates workout to optimise your Postnatal recovery, strengthen from the inside out, and target overworked areas from pregnancy and caring for your baby.

⭐️ Level 1 will help you to reintroduce exercise safely and gradually with gentle core work, functional movements and a focus on pelvic floor recovery, improving mobility to ease back ache and other postpartum niggles

⭐️ Level 2 will build full body strength and more advanced core exercises so you feel a resilient Mama. Using light weights & other small Pilates equipment to add resistance, it will prepare and condition your body for returning to more intense forms of exercise such as running, gym classes, CrossFit etc

✨ Classes held at
✨ All equipment is provided
✨ Baby friendly class (non crawlers)
✨ Prebooking is essential & limited spaces per class due to repeat bookings

✨ Level 2 Postnatal Pilates - REHAB & REBUILD. This course is designed by a Women’s Health Physiotherapist to help you get back to everything you love and more!

If you want to rebuild a strong foundation after pregnancy and birth and prepare and condition your body for more intense forms of exercise or high impact (such as running, cross fit etc) … or simply feel strong in motherhood!

For those ready to push their body a little further as there an increased pace in this class, more challenging core work and full body strengthening exercises using resistance bands and light weights.

Options will be given for different levels as we are all on our own journeys 💖

This course is suitable from 4 months postpartum and beyond! No upper limit 🫶

Babies are more than welcome (non-crawlers) or come alone if you prefer

As World Breastfeeding Week comes to a close, it’s given me a chance to reflect on our journey🤱 Breastfeeding for us has been beautiful, emotional, complex, & challenging.

Indie arriving 6 weeks early & into special care meant I couldn’t have skin to skin or the chance to breastfeed the first few days. Instead I was shown how to pump, the amazing NICU nurses & my partner bottle fed Indie my expressed milk.

At home, I ‘triple fed’ for months- bottlefeeding, breastfeeding, & pumping every 2hrs day & night to maintain my milk supply. It was intense.

Indie struggled with a shallow latch & short breastfeeds which affected my supply. She had x2 tongue tie divisions, silent reflux, & CMPA. She breastfed little & often & was unsettled with her reflux so I found leaving the house hard the first 6 months.

Now nearly 8 months, Indie is thriving and super smiley. I can’t believe we are still breastfeeding. Proud of our little preemie baby.

I wanted to share our story to acknowledge that breastfeeding doesn’t always come easy or natural. The pressures can take a big toll on your mental health. Reaching out for expert support can be so valuable if you want to continue but are struggling.

I couldn’t have breastfed Indie had it not been for the regular support I received from both NHS & Private Infant Feeding Teams

Kellie, my colleague & friend visited me at home in the early weeks when it felt impossible & we’ve had regular appointments for feeding advice & Indies tongue-tie rehab at She is an expert at what she does & so calm & empowering.

Mia & Lisa from Infant Feeding Service - St Helens Wellbeing were also fantastic with long phone calls, WhatsApp check-ins, f2f appts, the lot. They are so caring, passionate & knowledgable. You don’t forget those that reassured you in the depths of reflux/colic

We are fortunate in St. Helens to have such wonderful services, so I want to highlight and thank those doing this amazing job supporting Mamas at a vulnerable time 💖🙏🏼

Happy due date to our baby girl… Indie Rose Bryan 💕 6 extra weeks of you 😍

The little missus gave us a surprise arriving 6 weeks early on 18th December with a scary start spending time in the special care unit. We are so happy that Indie is now thriving at home and feels a chunk now she’s over 6 pounds! 🥰

A Pilates workout especially for you and bump, designed and led by Andrea, a Women’s Health Physiotherapist. Exercises will support and challenge your changing body, while maintaining your strength and flexibility.

Class includes:
✨ Breathwork
✨ Mobility work with the gym ball
✨ Pelvic floor dynamic exercises
✨ Low impact fully body strengthening exercises using resistance bands and light weights
✨ Core exercises modified for pregnancy
✨ Relaxing stretches

This is the course your Postnatal body will LOVE and thank you for 🩷 Designed and led by Andrea, a Women’s Health Physiotherapist.

There are limited places for each class as many Mums rebook block after block

👶 11:30am - Level 1. RECOVER your abdominals and RESTORE your pelvic floor. This for you if you want to reintroduce exercise safely and gradually after having your baby, with stretches for the overworked areas and gentle core work to strengthen from the inside out. The aim is for you to move with ease when caring for your newborn. Suitable from 6 weeks postpatum

👶 10am - Level 2. REHAB and REBUILD your body after baby so you can return to everything you love safely. Using light weights and resistance bands, we will progress core and full body strength. The is for you if you want to build a solid foundation, prepare your body for higher impact exercise or simply feel strong through motherhood. Suitable from 3 months postpartum or if completed Level 1
