It’s been 5 years since my son left so I was really hoppy when they reached out to ask if I would go and deliver 3 masterclasses to their psychology students. It was a wonderful opportunity to share the work I’m doing in and help them have a better understanding of what is through conversations around mind and thought 😊-

A huge thank you to Anne-Marie Pearman for inviting me for an interview in sunny . I’ve been quiet for a number of months because life got a bit crazy and I couldn’t see my way out of the storm. I needed quiet time to reset and wait patiently until I knew what direction I was meant to go in. The future is still unknown but I feel that I’ve found my voice again and trust that my wisdom is pointing me in right direction 😜
