As a BSc(Hons) qualified and fully insured Sports Therapist, graduating in 2009, I look to use a multidisciplinary approach to assess, diagnose, treat and rehabilitate your problem in the shortest, yet safest, time possible. Whether you are injured through sport, occupation or recreation the techniques used can help to get you back to full fitness quickly and effectively. Appointments are available for Home Visits around Reading on Wednesdays starting September 2022, and on Thursday afternoons at Fir Tree Clinic, near Tadley on Thursdays starting August 2022. Prices:
Initial Assessment - £50
Follow Up Appointments - £45
30 Minute Sports Massage - £45
1 to 1 Sports Rehabilitation - £50

Will you be getting involved —- can’t wait to take part!! You all know I’m mad for Clubbercise, maybe this is a great chance to come and have a go in a fun, relaxed event!

Our Clubbercise fundraiser and raffle is this coming Saturday and wow what amazing prizes do we have!! 🤩🤩

Details;
Saturday 22nd November - Hawkedon school at 6:30pm
Clubberthon - join for an hour long sweaty session dancing to all the best club music with glow sticks! £10 entry (all welcome over 16s 🥰)

Raffle - £2 per ticket or £5 for a strip. We have some amazing prizes on offer including a family photo shoot with images, massages and cupcakes/ hampers! You don’t need to come to the event to buy tickets and we can get your winnings to you if you win!

🎫 Raffle tickets available on the night
💡 No dance experience needed – just come ready to have fun!

🍞Carbs get such a bad rep… but here’s the truth 👇🏼
They don’t make you “fat.”
They’re not all “bad.”
And yes — they actually help your body burn fat when you train! 💪🏼🔥

It’s all about the type of carbs and how you balance them in your day.

🥑 Complex carbs (the good stuff that keeps you fuller for longer):
Oats
Brown rice
Quinoa
Sweet potato
Wholegrain pasta & bread
Beans & lentils

🍭 Refined carbs (more quickly digested, easy to overeat):
White bread
Pastries & cakes
Sugary cereals
Sweets & fizzy drinks

Carbs = energy ⚡
Energy = great workouts, recovery, mood, and focus.

So rather than cutting them out, let’s choose them wisely! 💜
