Across the South West today we begin 16 Days of Action to raise awareness around domestic abuse.
The 16 Days of Action movement first began in 1991 and is now supported by groups in 187 countries.
There will be activities and events going on across the region, including walkabouts, marches, art events, sporting challenges and much more.
Look out for events in your local area. We’ll be listing some of them via Twitter over the coming two weeks.
