As a dedicated life long martial arts teacher and music composer both these gifts have helped to save me survive when faced with a serious crises. Life is hard but we need to find hope and determination in what we can do, not what we cannot do! Justice prevailed last week by fighting for what is right and never doubting what we can do with truth and love in our hearts.

Now in Japan! Lots of Iaido training with Osh*ta Sensei. Hard work but a wonderful challenge! Living by the sword in the true sense of the word - the life giving blade!

Just arrived in Tokyo! Staying in hotel and will be on my way to Kobe later! Good journey so far and first time did not have to unpack swords at airport!
