Good morning from my little studio beneath the trees 🌳
At the start of each term, I like to pause and reintroduce myself 🌸
I’m Emily, I teach gentle yoga in my cosy studio space, and when the weather allows, out in the garden too ☀️ I’ve been practicing yoga for more than 20 years and teaching for 15 (yes, I’ve been on this path for quite some time!).
Over the years, my teaching has shifted from energetic vinyasa flows to a slower, breath-led practice. This mindful approach, with its focus on alignment and awareness, has been deeply supportive for my own wellbeing. Like many of us, I sometimes experience stress and anxiety, yoga has become a grounding tool for me, and I always leave practice feeling lighter in both body and mind 🦋
I care deeply about making yoga accessible and inclusive. My classes are designed with options and modifications, so you can explore what feels right in your own body 🪷 I truly believe there’s a practice for everyone.
